Fake app, don't install it. If you saw YouTube reviews about the app, they will said that it is very easy to do the task and also withdrawal is easy. This app customer support is very worst experience i face. And when i completed a big task such as 100Rs,150rs it's didn't showed Raise a Ticket option . And when you sent any complaint with their email first of all they replied you so slowly and replied you that you please Raise a Ticket of this offer. But my offer showing Raise ticket unavailable. More tasks has been same problem. So i suggest you that please improve your customisation and user interface or self support.
